Daniel Spoerri’s exhibition house in Hadersdorf am Kamp is worth a visit. In 2013 the series of exhibitions with Daniel Spoerri’s artist friends in memory of the Swiss sculptor Bernhard Luginbühl will be continued. Luginbühl and Daniel Spoerri were close friends for over 60 years. There were joint actions, projects, exhibitions.

In Hadersdorf, a lesser known side of the sculptor, famous for his monumental ice sculptures, will be shown. Smaller objects, drawings and models from Luginbühl’s studio come to Hadersdor from Mötschwil in Switzerland. At the same time, works by Daniel Spoerri can be seen in Burgdorf. In this way the exchange and the friendship between two important artists can not only be felt but revived. The Luginbühl family has already indicated that it is also not possible in Hadersdorf to completely do without large sculptures. The barn of the exhibition house offers enough space for at least one extensive installation. Works by Spoerri will naturally be on show as always – in the exciting dialgoue with the works of his friend.
